The Other Side of the Game: My Journey to Creating BeyondPlayer

We don’t represent careers. We accompany paths.

My name is Alex González, and I decided to found BeyondPlayer because I’ve also been on the other side. Because I know what it feels like to grow up with personal obstacles, without shortcuts, having to fight for every step.

My story is not the typical one. For a long time, I went through difficult moments that distanced me from motivation, from self-confidence, and from having clarity about which direction to take. However, thanks to personal work and the support of professionals, I managed to rebuild myself. I learned to see sport from the inside, with greater depth and purpose. And in that process, I regained ambition, drive, and a new way of understanding football.

That is precisely where BeyondPlayer was born.
From a conviction: that true support for a footballer goes far beyond signing contracts. That behind every player there is a person, a story, a context that deserves to be addressed with seriousness, empathy, and commitment.

Today, my role as an agent is not limited to negotiating terms. I accompany journeys. I work with footballers who haven’t yet had their big opportunity, but who show every day that they have the talent, attitude, and potential to go far.

It is not a large agency. And that’s why I can offer something many have lost: real attention, constant closeness, and guidance designed to build not only careers but also trust.

BeyondPlayer doesn’t seek quantity, it seeks quality. It doesn’t represent numbers. It represents people.

And this is only the beginning.
